What Ingredients Are in Memo Matrix? Read the Label Line by Line
Quick answerThe full Memo Matrix label lists five ingredients per 2 capsules: BCAAs 540 mg, bacopa 200 mg, rhodiola 100 mg, L-theanine 100 mg and Panax ginseng 90 mg. Two other lists, a second panel and the sales page, name different items such as caffeine and huperzine A. Trust the panel printed on your bottle.

What does the full label list per serving?
The full label (code REV.11/25) names five active lines. A serving is two capsules, and a container holds 30 servings. Every line has its own printed weight. Nothing is grouped into a blend.
| Line on the label | Amount per 2 capsules | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, 2:1:1) | 540 mg | Heaviest line |
| Bacopa monnieri extract | 200 mg | Extract strength not printed |
| Rhodiola rosea extract | 100 mg | Standardized to 3% salidroside |
| L-theanine | 100 mg | Amino acid from tea leaves |
| Panax ginseng extract | 90 mg | Asian (Korean) ginseng root |
Added together, the five lines come to 1,030 mg. Other ingredients on this label are microcrystalline cellulose, a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule and magnesium stearate. The label also says "Contains No Allergens."
How do you read each line of a label like this?
Supplement panels follow a pattern, and a few small habits make them easier. Here is how to read the full label.
- Start with the serving size. All amounts are for two capsules, not one.
- Read the amount, then the name. A weight beside each name is a good sign, because the buyer can see it.
- Look at the symbol. The dagger tells you no government reference amount exists, so a blank percent column says nothing about safety.
- Check for words like "blend." A blend shares one total and hides single amounts.
- Read the other ingredients last. They are not active, but they matter if you have sensitivities.
The rules for this layout come from US labeling law (21 CFR 101.36). We read them as a guide, not as legal advice.
What should you know about each full-label ingredient?
BCAAs, 540 mg
BCAA is short for branched-chain amino acids. They come from sports nutrition. In exercise studies, about 7 to 10 g lowered how mentally tired people felt during hard effort (Blomstrand, 2006). No one has tested them for memory in people at rest. The label amount is a small share of the exercise doses.
Bacopa extract, 200 mg
This is the only herb on all three lists. Recall trials gave volunteers 300 to 450 mg a day for 12 weeks (Pase et al., 2012). The most common reported effects are in the stomach (StatPearls, Bacopa).
Rhodiola extract, 100 mg
A root extract used for tiredness. NCCIH finds the research too weak to back it for any health purpose (NCCIH, Rhodiola). It may interact with antidepressants, blood thinners and blood pressure medicine (MSKCC, Rhodiola).
L-theanine, 100 mg
An amino acid from tea. Most trials used 200 mg (Gerolymos et al., 2026). It may add to the drowsiness of sedatives (MSKCC, L-Theanine).
Panax ginseng extract, 90 mg
Insomnia is the most common side effect. It may change blood sugar and clotting (NCCIH, Asian Ginseng).
What does the second panel contain instead?
The second Supplement Facts image describes a different capsule. The serving is one capsule, with 30 servings per container. It prints three vitamins with amounts and then one blend.
| Line | Amount per capsule |
|---|---|
| Vitamin B1 (as thiamine HCL) | 6 mg |
| Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCL) | 8.5 mg |
| Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) | 24 mcg |
| Proprietary blend: caffeine from green coffee bean, L-tyrosine, theacrine, theobromine, bacopa (20% bacosides A&B), rhodiola root, Huperzia serrata (1% huperzine-A) | 151 mg for all seven |
Its other ingredients differ from the full label: rice flour, a hypromellose capsule, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Because seven items share 151 mg, you cannot tell how much caffeine or huperzine A one capsule holds.
Which ingredients does the sales page name?
Eight, with no amounts: bacopa, ginkgo, lion's mane, phosphatidylserine, rhodiola, alpha-GPC, huperzine A and L-theanine. Ginkgo, lion's mane, phosphatidylserine and alpha-GPC show up on neither printed panel.
We reviewed ginkgo, lion's mane and alpha-GPC where sources exist. We found no source we could verify for phosphatidylserine, so we make no claim about it. Ask your doctor.
What is not published about the Memo Matrix ingredients?
| Question | Status |
|---|---|
| Strength of the bacopa extract on the full label | Not published |
| Amount of caffeine in the second panel | Not published |
| Amount of huperzine A in the second panel | Not published |
| Amounts for any sales page ingredient | Not published |
| Name of the factory | Not published |
| A lab certificate for the lot reference MEM-26/ME-3867 | Not published |
The brand pack gives a lot reference and a certificate reference, MEM-3867-26-ME. They are reference codes only. No document is attached.
Which ingredients need a medicine check?
Several do. Huperzine A may add to the side effects of donepezil and related drugs. Rhodiola may interact with antidepressants and blood pressure medicine. Ginseng may change blood sugar. Bacopa may affect thyroid medicine. Caffeine on one panel can bother sensitive people.
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition to see a physician first. Bring the bottle itself to the visit, since three lists share the name.
Not FDA approved
MemoMatrix is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. The line "made in an FDA registered facility" describes the building, not the capsules (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).

Frequently asked questions
What is in Memo Matrix?
On the full label, per 2 capsules: BCAAs 540 mg, bacopa 200 mg, rhodiola 100 mg, L-theanine 100 mg and Panax ginseng 90 mg. Two other lists name different items.
Does Memo Matrix have caffeine?
Only the second panel does. It lists caffeine from green coffee bean in a 151 mg blend, with no amount printed. The full label lists none.
Does Memo Matrix have huperzine A?
It is on the second panel and the sales page but not on the full label. Ask the prescriber first if you take donepezil or a similar drug.
Does Memo Matrix hide amounts in a blend?
The full label does not. The second panel does: seven items share a single 151 mg total.
Is Memo Matrix free of allergens?
The full label says Contains No Allergens. That is a label statement, and no allergen test report is published.
Where can I read the Memo Matrix label?
Our Supplement Facts page retypes the full label in large print. The panel on your own bottle is the final word.
Our view
The full label is the clearest list of the three. You can see each amount, add them up and compare them with research. We like that kind of openness.
We like the second panel less, because its blend hides the two items that matter most for safety. If you cannot tell which list your bottle follows, wait to start and ask the order desk. The label should come first, before any promise on a sales page.
