MemoMatrix Disclaimer: How to Read the Information on This Site

Written by the MemoMatrix editorial team · Last updated · 8 min read · Medical review below

Quick answerRead every page here as general background, never medical advice. MemoMatrix is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for memory loss or dementia, and the FDA has not evaluated claims made for it. Three ingredient lists circulate, so the panel on your bottle wins. We at Memomatrixs sell the bottles and explain the labels but do not make them, and we may earn money on purchases.

Why does this site have a disclaimer?

This page sets out the limits of what our site can do for you. It applies to every page, guide and article at memomatrixs.com, and it sits beside our terms and conditions.

Memory is a sensitive subject, and many of our readers are older adults or family members helping them. A clear statement of limits protects you more than fine print would. So we keep it plain.

Can a page here replace advice from your doctor?

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not know your health history, your medicines or your test results, and a web page cannot weigh them.

Use what you read here to prepare questions. Then take those questions, and the bottle, to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop, start or change a prescription because of something you read on this site.

The site's pages are written by our editorial team. A box at the foot of every page holds the medical review details and the date it applies to.

The product

Is MemoMatrix a medicine or a supplement?

MemoMatrix is a capsule dietary supplement sold for memory and focus. It is not a medicine, and it is not a treatment for memory loss, Alzheimer's disease or any other illness.

The agency has no legal power to clear a supplement before it goes on the market (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). That is why supplement claims usually come with a standard notice like this one:

The FDA statement

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

A badge that mentions an FDA-registered facility refers to a factory listing. It is not a review of the capsules, and the facility is not named. An NIH center reports that no supplement has direct proof of keeping dementia away (NCCIH, Supplements for cognitive function).

Three lists

Which ingredient list does this site describe?

Three different ingredient lists circulate under the MemoMatrix name. The full label (REV.11/25) lists BCAAs, bacopa, rhodiola, L-theanine and Panax ginseng with amounts. A second panel image lists B vitamins and a 151 mg blend with caffeine and huperzine A. The sales page names eight ingredients with no amounts.

We treat the full label as primary because it is complete, with a distributor block and a revision code. But the panel on the bottle you receive is the only list that applies to you. Compare yours on the formula page before the first dose.

Claims

Which sales claims do we leave out?

Sales page wording, read October 13, 2026, and how our pages handle it.
What the sales page saysHow this site treats it
“Improves memory and cognition”Not repeated as fact. We found no published trial of these capsules.
“Enhances blood flow to the brain”Not repeated as fact. No source tests the product for this.
“Starts working immediately… even while you sleep”Not repeated as fact. No timeline can be promised.
“FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility”Shown as a brand claim; no facility or certificate is published.
A bonus that can lift memory formation “by up to 40%”An untested sales claim.
“60-day full money-back guarantee”Reported as a purchase policy; the return conditions differ between brand pages.
Evidence

What can the research tell you, and what can it not?

Honest note

No published trial has tested MemoMatrix. On the full label, bacopa is 200 mg, while the trials that found better recall used 300 to 450 mg a day for 12 weeks (Pase et al., 2012). For ginseng, Cochrane reviewers could not find convincing gains in thinking among healthy adults (Geng et al., 2010 (Cochrane)).

When we describe research, we describe the study, its dose and its limits. A study of one ingredient at one dose does not show what a different product will do. Results differ from person to person, and some people notice nothing at all.

Ask first

Should a doctor see the bottle before you start?

Some readers should speak with a doctor before taking any capsule from this category. The caution panel singles out three groups: mothers who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people under 18, and people with a diagnosed condition.

Medicine users need extra care. Huperzine A, on two of the three lists, may raise side-effect risk with donepezil-type drugs (MSKCC, Huperzia serrata). The side effects page covers the other interactions. The quick check below is a reminder, not a diagnosis.

  1. Are you 18 or older?

  2. Do you take donepezil, rivastigmine or galantamine?

  3. Do you take antidepressants, blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medicine?

  4. Are you sensitive to caffeine?

  5. Is memory loss new, sudden or getting in the way of daily life?

Answer each questionYour result appears here. It is a checklist, not medical advice.
Warning signs

Which memory changes need care right away?

Some forgetfulness comes with age. Lapses that upset work, bills or chores deserve a medical check, since a few causes respond to treatment (NIA, Memory problems and aging). Do not wait for a supplement to help first.

Sudden change: call 911

The CDC lists sudden numbness, weakness, confusion, a severe headache, or new trouble with speech, sight or walking as stroke signs. Dial 911 at once and note when it began (CDC, Stroke signs).

Earnings

Who pays for this site, and does that shape it?

Memomatrixs runs this site as a U.S. MemoMatrix retailer and label guide. We are not the maker of MemoMatrix, and we may earn money when you buy through our order buttons.

That income keeps the site running. It does not change the price at checkout, and it does not decide what we write. You will find the same weak spots on our pages that a skeptic would raise: three lists, low doses on the full label, and conflicting return terms.

Orders, payments and refunds are handled by the checkout platform and the order desk, not by us. See the refund policy for the steps.

Trust signals

What do the seals and outside reports mean?

The seals in brand graphics are marketing images. We show them so you can recognize them, along with what each one can and cannot tell you.

Good Manufacturing Practice GMP seal
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

A brand badge. The sales page says “GMP-certified facility”, but no facility or certificate number is published.

Registered FDA facility seal
FDA-registered facility

A brand badge, echoed on the label. A facility listing is not FDA approval of the product, and the facility is not named.

Manufactured in USA seal
Made in USA

The label says “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.” The factory is not named.

100% money back 60 days guarantee seal
60-day guarantee

Refers to the sales page's 60-day money-back guarantee. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.

Outside reports also shape how buyers see the name. MalwareTips warned that memory-capsule funnels using the Memo Matrix name may borrow trust through implied celebrity authority (MalwareTips, July 20 2026). A later piece described hooks such as a “$12 golden honey recipe” and a “Harvard doctor reveal”, naming no company (MalwareTips, Aug 9 2026). We report what it described. We do not call the product itself a scam, and no doctor is named on the sales page.

Accuracy

Could a fact on this site be out of date?

Prices, links and brand pages change. Facts on this site are dated, and the most recent check was October 13, 2026. If something has changed, the sales page, the checkout and your bottle come first.

If you find an error, write to [email protected]. We fix confirmed errors and move the update date forward.

FAQ

MemoMatrix disclaimer: questions people ask

Is the information on the MemoMatrix site medical advice?

No. It is general information to help you prepare for a talk with your doctor or pharmacist. It cannot account for your health or medicines.

Did MemoMatrix go through an FDA approval process?

No. Supplements reach stores without any FDA sign-off, and the FDA has not evaluated the memory claims made for this one.

Can MemoMatrix treat memory loss or dementia?

No. It is sold as a dietary supplement, and supplements are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Why does the MemoMatrix disclaimer mention three ingredient lists?

Because a full label, a second panel image and the sales page name different ingredients. Your safety questions depend on which panel your bottle carries.

Does Memomatrixs get paid when I buy MemoMatrix?

It may. We can earn money on purchases made through our order buttons, and that does not change the price you pay.

Are the MemoMatrix badges for GMP and FDA registration verified?

No. They are brand badges. No facility name or certificate number has been published, so we describe them as claims.

Does a 60-day guarantee mean the product works?

No. A money-back guarantee is a purchase policy. It says nothing about whether a supplement does anything for memory.

Is MemoMatrix a scam, according to MalwareTips?

MalwareTips described ad hooks used in memory-capsule funnels that carry the name. It did not show who ran them, and we do not call the product itself a scam.

What should I do if memory problems get worse?

Book a doctor visit when lapses start to upset normal days. Confusion or slurred words that arrive all at once call for 911.
