MemoMatrix Supplement Facts: The Label, Line by Line

Written by the MemoMatrix editorial team · Last updated · 7 min read · Medical review below

Quick answerThe full MemoMatrix label (REV.11/25) lists a 2-capsule serving and 30 servings per bottle.

Each serving holds BCAAs 540 mg, Bacopa monnieri 200 mg, Rhodiola rosea 100 mg, L-theanine 100 mg and Panax ginseng 90 mg. A second panel lists a 1-capsule serving, so the serving size line tells you which one you have.

The full label image has four parts. On the left are the suggested use, the caution and the distributor block. In the middle sits the front panel. On the right is the Supplement Facts panel, with the code REV.11/25 near the bottom.

The numbered notes match each part of the image. We wrote them from the label itself, not from ads.

Retyped from the label image so it can be read and searched. The bottle in your hand is the final word.

The serving is 2 capsules, and the container holds 30 servings. No line is grouped into a blend; all five carry a printed weight. Together they add up to 1,030 mg per serving. The ingredients page explains each line in plain words.

The label also says the product “has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility.” A registered facility is not the same as an approved product, since the agency has no power to clear supplements before sale (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).

Daily Value

What does the dagger (†) next to each amount mean?

The small cross tells you the government has never set a daily reference amount for that line. U.S. rules ask labels to show the amount per serving and a symbol when no Daily Value exists (21 CFR 101.36).

All five lines on the full label carry the mark. BCAAs, bacopa, rhodiola, L-theanine and ginseng have no set daily target. A blank %DV says nothing about safety. It just means there is no number to compare against.

Directions

What do the directions and storage lines say?

The suggested use reads, word for word:

“As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.”

The storage line reads: “Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness. Store in a cool, dry place.” Think pantry shelf, not medicine cabinet over a hot shower.

12am6am12pm6pm2 capsulesonce a day
Two capsules with water 20-30 minutes before a meal, per the full label. If your panel lists caffeine, take it early in the day.

If you miss a day, do not double up. The how to use page has simple ways to keep the habit.

Caution

Who does the label warn, and about what?

The caution text reads:

“Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.”

Six warnings, translated

  • Take no more than 2 capsules a day by this label
  • Pregnant or nursing? Ask a physician first
  • Under 18? Ask a physician first
  • Any known medical condition? Ask a physician first
  • Store it out of reach of children
  • Look the seal over before opening the bottle
Distributor

Who is it distributed for, and where is it made?

The full label prints this block:

Distributed for: MEMO MATRIX
11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773
[email protected]

It also says “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” and “Contains No Allergens.” The factory is not named.

The front panel shows three lines:

  • Memo Matrix (five stars above a brain-and-lightning logo)
  • 60 Capsules
  • Dietary Supplement

Read from the full label. The front shows only the name, five stars, the count and “Dietary Supplement”. The stars are design, not a rating. Memory claims appear on the sales page, not on this label.

Our files carry lot reference MEM-26/ME-3867 and certificate reference MEM-3867-26-ME. No certificate has been published. The batch verify page shows where to find the lot on your bottle.

Second panel

A second Supplement Facts panel lists something else

The brand pack also holds a second Supplement Facts image. It does not match the full label. The serving is 1 capsule, with 30 servings per container.

Other ingredients on this panel: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. That list differs from the full label too.

Blends

What is a proprietary blend, and why does it matter here?

A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients printed under one total weight. The law lets a blend show only that total, with the items listed by weight from most to least (21 CFR 101.36).

On the second panel, seven items share 151 mg. That includes caffeine and huperzine A. You cannot tell how much of either is in one capsule. For someone sensitive to caffeine, or taking a memory medicine, that gap matters.

Before you take a 1-capsule version

Huperzine A acts on the same enzyme as donepezil. If you take donepezil or a similar drug, show this panel to the prescriber before any dose. The huperzine A page explains why.

How can you tell which panel your bottle has?

  1. Read the serving size line

“2 Capsules” points to the full label. “1 Capsule” points to the second panel.

  2. Check the first ingredient

The full label starts with Branched Chain Amino Acids 540 mg. The second panel starts with Vitamin B1 6 mg.

  3. Look for a blend

A “Proprietary Blend 151 mg” line means the second panel. The full label has none.

  4. Find the code

REV.11/25 near the bottom matches the full label shown here.

If your panel matches neither, call the order desk at +1 (919) 991-9391 before you take it. The which formula page lays all three lists side by side.

FAQ

Reading the MemoMatrix panel: quick answers

Does one MemoMatrix serving mean one capsule or two?

The full label says 2 capsules, with 30 servings per container. A second panel says 1 capsule with 30 servings, so check the line on your own bottle.

How many capsules come in a bottle of MemoMatrix?

The full label says 60 capsules, while the bottle photos in the brand pack say 30. Either way, a bottle lasts about 30 days at the dose printed on it.

Why does every MemoMatrix amount have a † beside it?

The mark flags ingredients that have no government daily reference amount. On the full label, all five ingredient lines carry it.

What does REV.11/25 mean on the MemoMatrix label?

It is a label revision code. It most likely marks a version made in November 2025, but the label does not explain it.

Who is MemoMatrix distributed for?

The full label reads “Distributed for: MEMO MATRIX, 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773.” The factory itself is not named.

Where is the best place to keep a MemoMatrix bottle?

Pick a dry cupboard that stays cool and dim, high enough that children cannot get to it. Skip any bottle whose seal arrived broken or absent.

What does proprietary blend mean on a supplement label?

It means several ingredients share one total weight, and the single amounts are not shown. The second panel uses a 151 mg blend of seven items.

Why does my MemoMatrix label look different from this one?

At least two Supplement Facts panels and a third sales-page list circulate under the same name. Compare the serving size and the first lines with this page, and ask the order desk if neither matches.

Does the “FDA registered facility” line on MemoMatrix mean FDA approval?

No. That line describes a building, not the capsules, and supplements reach stores without any FDA approval step.
