MemoMatrix Shipping: What It Costs and How Tracking Works

Shipping depends on the pack and where you live. The brand support page lists $9.99 in the US for one bottle. US buyers of a three-pack or six-pack pay nothing for delivery. Orders outside the US are listed at $19.90.

These rates come from thememomatrix.com/support. The sales page itself shows no shipping cost at all. The checkout screen is the place to confirm the real figure.

The sales page says there are “no auto-shipments, subscriptions, or hidden fees.” It does not mention a shipping charge. The support page does list one for a single bottle.

We do not read that as a trick. A charge shown at checkout is not hidden. It does mean you should read the shipping line before you press pay.

Free shipping starts at three bottles. If you plan to try the product for longer than a month, that removes the extra charge. If you only want one bottle to read its label, the $9.99 is the cost of a small first step.

Tracking arrives in the order email, according to the brand's support details. Save that email as soon as it lands. It holds your order ID, which you need for any question or return.

If the email is missing, look in your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, call the order desk with the name and email you used at checkout.

The brand does not publish a delivery time. We will not guess at one. Delivery depends on the carrier, your address and when the order is packed.

It can. The brand support page counts the 60 days from your original order date, not from the day the box arrives. So every day the parcel spends in transit is a day less to decide.

Write the order date on your calendar. Mark day 45 as a point to decide whether to keep going. A return also needs time to travel back, so do not leave it to the last week.

The brand does not publish rules for PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO and FPO addresses. We cannot tell you whether those cost more or ship at all.
