What Is in a Memo Matrix Bottle? Capsule Count, Seal, Lot Code and Storage

Written by the MemoMatrix editorial team · Medically reviewed by Dr. Collin Liu, MD, Physician · Reviewed · 7 min read

Quick answerA Memo Matrix bottle holds capsules, not drops or gummies. The full label prints 60 capsules and a 2-capsule serving, so one bottle lasts about 30 days. The bottle photos in the brand pack say 30 capsules instead, so trust the count on your own label. Check the seal, the panel and the lot code when it arrives.

Count

How many capsules come in a Memo Matrix bottle?

The honest answer is 60 on one label and 30 on another. The front of the full label says 60 Capsules. Its Supplement Facts panel gives a serving of 2 capsules and 30 servings per container, which also adds up to 60. The bottle photos in the brand pack, though, show 30 Capsules.

We cannot say why the two disagree. The brand pack does not explain it. What we can say is that the count on your own bottle is the one to trust, and that the printed serving decides how long it lasts.

Capsule counts from the three places they appear, and what each means for a bottle's length.
SourceCapsulesServingDays per bottle
Front of the full label (REV.11/25)602 capsulesAbout 30
Bottle photos in the brand pack30Not shownAbout 30 if 1 a day
Second Supplement Facts panel30 (30 servings)1 capsuleAbout 30

The pack names agree on the length. The brand's own pack list calls one bottle a 30-day supply, three bottles a 90-day supply and six bottles a 180-day supply. So the days add up even when the capsule counts do not.

Form

Does Memo Matrix come as a capsule, a drop or a gummy?

It is a capsule. The full label lists a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule among the other ingredients. The second panel lists a vegetable capsule made of hypromellose. Neither names a liquid, a drop or a chewable.

Searches for Memo Matrix drops or gummies return no such product in the brand material we hold. If you see one for sale, you are not looking at the bottle described here. Treat it as a different item until the seller shows you a label.

The word pills is used loosely online. A capsule is a shell filled with the ingredients. You swallow it whole with a glass of water, which the label sets at 8 oz.

Front panel

What is printed on the front of the bottle?

Not much, and that is worth knowing. The front panel of the full label shows four things: the name Memo Matrix, five stars above a brain-and-lightning logo, the words 60 Capsules and the words Dietary Supplement.

The five stars are artwork. No survey, score or review count sits next to them. The front panel also makes no memory claim. Those appear on the sales page, not on the bottle.

The one claim the label does make

The label carries the standard FDA notice. It says the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Seal and caution

What does the caution box say about the seal?

The caution box is short and firm. It tells you not to exceed the recommended dose. It asks pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician first. It says to keep the bottle out of the reach of children.

The last line is the one that matters on delivery day. It reads: do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. So the seal is part of the instructions, not just packaging.

Day-one look at the bottle

  • The seal under the cap is whole and flat
  • The cap turns freely and closes tight again
  • The capsules look even in size and colour, with no wet spots
  • The front shows the name, the stars, the count and the words Dietary Supplement
  • The Supplement Facts panel gives a serving size you can read
  • A lot code or batch mark is printed and legible

If any line fails, leave the bottle shut. Take photos of the bottle and the box, keep the packing, and call the order desk.

Codes

What do the lot code and the CoA code mean?

Two codes are linked to this product in the brand pack. They are a lot reference, MEM-26/ME-3867, and a certificate of analysis reference, MEM-3867-26-ME. A third code, REV.11/25, sits on the full label.

What each code is, and what it cannot tell you.
CodeWhat it isWhat it does not show
MEM-26/ME-3867A lot reference from the brand packThe formula, a test result or a production date
MEM-3867-26-MEA certificate of analysis referenceAny result, because no certificate is published
REV.11/25A label revision code, most likely November 2025Anything about one batch

A lot code ties a bottle to one production run. A certificate of analysis would be a lab report on one batch. We could read neither a report nor a lookup page for these codes, so they are labels, not proof.

If you want a report, write to the seller. Give the lot code from your bottle and say which serving size your panel lists. Our testing and quality page has a sample message.

Storage

Where should you keep the bottle?

The label's storage line reads: keep away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness, and store in a cool, dry place. A bathroom shelf above the shower fails that test. So does a sunny windowsill or a hot car.

A kitchen cupboard away from the stove works for most homes. Put it high enough that children cannot reach it, since the label asks for that too. Close the cap fully after each dose.

If a family member is also taking pills, store this bottle apart from theirs. Capsules from different bottles look alike, and mix-ups are easy.

At a glance

What are the bottle, price and guarantee facts at a glance?

Printed facts about the bottle and the packs, from the full label, the sales page and the support page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many capsules are in a Memo Matrix bottle?

The full label says 60 capsules, while the brand's bottle photos say 30. Either way, a bottle lasts about 30 days at the serving printed on its own panel.

Does Memo Matrix come as drops or gummies?

Not in anything we hold. The labels describe a capsule, so a drop or gummy listing is not the bottle described here.

What does 60 Capsules on the front mean?

It is the count printed on the front of the full label. With a serving of 2 capsules, that gives 30 servings.

Can I take Memo Matrix if the seal is broken?

No. The caution box says not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep the bottle and call the order desk.

Where is the lot number on the bottle?

The brand pack says the lot and best-before date sit on the base when the bottle shows them. Read your own bottle, since the codes can differ from the pack.

Is there a lab report for my Memo Matrix lot?

None has been published. The brand pack gives a certificate reference but no document, so ask the seller in writing and name your lot.

Our view

Our view

The bottle is simple, and the paper around it is where the confusion lives. A count that reads 60 in one place and 30 in another, a lot code with no lookup and a label code with no explanation all ask you to do a little checking.

That checking takes five minutes on delivery day. Read the serving line, look at the seal, copy the lot code and file the order email. If anything does not add up, a call to the order desk is cheap compared with taking a capsule you cannot place.
